    No, feeding oil through the fill tube would do little to nothing. The place that needs oiling is deeper towards the crank area. I'll have something to show in a few weeks, parts are being made and I have cut a cover to be able to see and video what my idea is and does, it won't be on a running...

    Keep dumping crap in it and you'll replace the radiator and heater core and you'll have crap in the block that will plug up the replacements also...

    I have a new unused DSG set. The dog bone measures .065" thick. Keep in mind there are shims between the dog bone and the gears, I didn't have time to take it apart to measure the shims, but with thinner shims a thicker dog bone could be used.

    The water pump backing plate/adapter cover IS removed because the water pump has 5 bolts on the back that connect the pump to the backing/adapter place., NOT the timing cover or front cover in your pic..... the gears can't be removed or seen very well without removing the timing cover.... As...
