xm help, anyone near by with a tech 2?

Apparently this is all I need to do to make the xm work in my truck after installing all the parts. Anyone confirm or deny this? Anyone near Grand rapids, MI willing to help out?

At the Main Menu screen, select Diagnostics.
At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the following options:
Model Year
Vehicle Line
At the System Selection Menu screen, select Body.
At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the following:
Platform Type
Body Type
At the Body screen, select Digital Radio Receiver.
Select Special Functions.
At the Special Functions screen, select DRR Setup.

If ypou are a good customer with a dealer, they might do it for you for a small fee, worth a try. They hsould only charge you half hour of labor.

far from it. Still trying to figure out why dealers don't like me for whining about things that are covered under a bumper to bumper warranty...
