wiring issues HELP!!!!

Guys, I've got a project where I'm installing a 94 GMC 6.5L TD into a Hummer Replica that I've been working on for years. I got the complete wiring harness for the engine and the computer. I'm very confused about what goes where. I know what connects to the computer and throttle pedal. If you go to www.ltw.net/photo1.JPG you can see the red circles around connections. It's the big connection in the back ground that I can't figure out. Is there a wiring diagram for this that is more visual than a diagram. if you go to www.ltw.net/photo2.JPG you see more red circles. I have no idea as to what these connect to.

If you want to be cheap go down to the public library and look in the back of a repair manual for the year model of the wiring harness.

Once you find it go off connectors to wire colors till you find what you want.

or

Go to a wrecking yard with your camera and start snapping a lot of pictures.

Too me it is really hard to tell what goes to what without a wiring diagram and pictures with the color of the wires showing.
