I've been curious, do your battery cables work for those of us with alternators on the driver's side? In my case a '94.

Yes I just make a longer 4 gauge lead for the Driver side alt

Comes with the 2 braided ground straps?......Frame to firewall and frame to upper intake bolt?

any word on a kit for the 01-04 LB7 Duramax?...I use Marine batteries that could use a cable end that would fit over the screw with wing nuts...

Yes, I have a donor Duramax that I can copy its a 04, is the lb7 different than the lly battery wise? Ill be doing it the first of next week should be ready to seel a set the end of next week

Is your 04' donor a vin 1 (LB7) or Vin 2 (LLY)
Battery cable wise...I'm guessing they are are the same, but cannot guarantee it...

and could you put an end that would screw/fit to a marine post (optima Blue top)?

Yes it will be complete starter, Alt, Power feed and grounds and sure I can make it with ring terminals for the Marine post, are they 3/8"?
Im not sure of the price until I get done but if the lenghts are not much more than the 6.5s It shouldnt be over 250 bucks, Friggin Copper prices are a bear but im getting a good buy on the 2/0 SGX cable so I should be good to go, Ill keep you posted

not sure on the stud size...I'm sure all marine battery studs are the same diameter...

Actually not all marine batts have the same stud, some are 5/16, others 3/8.

I believe that the positive is 3/8 and negative is 5/16. At least that's how it is on mine.
