Will Hummer 17" 8 lug wheels fit our1996 & 1998 Suburbans without issues?

Will Hummer 17" 8 lug wheels fit our 1996 & 1998 4x4 Suburbans without issues?
I have a set of 17' 8 lug Hummer wheels
They have about a 5" offset - about an inch difference from the aluminum wheels I have on it now. The Dodges are about 6 1/4" measured from the back.

Will they work on our 1996 & 1998 4x4 Suburbans without spacers or anything?
 
The lug pattern is the same. There is an inch difference in the offset.
I was wondering if they would fit - front & rear - before I have tires mounted.
