Will A 285-65-18 On A 18"X9" Wheel fit On A 2002-2500 HD 4X4 No Lift

I want to put new tires and wheels on my 2002 Chevy 2500 HD 4X4.
I am looking to buy 285-65-18 on 18"X9" Eagle Alloy with a 4.5 back space
-11 mm off set. Can any one tell me if they will fit with out rubbing up front with no lift or will I have to install a lift ?

They will fit. Does your truck sit level now, or is the front a little lower than the rear?

Yes the truck sits slightly lower in the front.
