Lately my WIF light has been popping on when you first start my truck. Some times it stays on steady for a few moments but usually starts to flicker and goes off pretty quick. Once I got out and opened the drain valve for a little while and it went off. The next time I did that I let it run for quite a while and it was still flickering till I started to drive it. I changed the fuel filter and I didn't see any water in the bottom of the filter manager. I drained the filter manager with my old shop vac and got the dirt out of the bottom of it. When I started it the light didn't come on but after a couple of days has returned to pretty much the same thing. Anybody got any advice? I kind of figured if there was enough water in there to light the light that I would be able to see it in the bottom of the filter manager. I guess I need to fill out my signature but for now it's on a 95.
Thanks,
Bob

I would get a plastic bottle and when the light comes on next time use the t-valve to fill the bottle and you will be able to see if there is any water in the fuel.

I would also clean / scrub the inside of the fuel bowl where the sensor is with sea-foam and a toothbrush, and take a double look and clean the wires/connectors outside the fuel manager bowl.

and for sure putting said fuel into clear glass jar great idea to double-fact that it is the sensor that is Malfunctioning not actually WIF.
