Where to, or how to reflash ECM.

I am sure someone here can tell me how to or where to get my ecm reflashed. I am wondering if I can reflash my ecm to make it work with my manual now since I changed it out from a 4L80E. Or do I need to find the right ECM for a manual trans. The problem I am haveing is I have the 5068 IP. I know my best bet is to call Heath. Just trying to put some feelers out first.
 
you answered your own question, and as a OBD-I just the PROM gets tweaked, dealers used to tweake em, but not sure they still have compentency with older technology stuff to make it worth your while
