Hi... I have this question about fuel pressure.. and I don't know if it's in the correct section, please move if it it has to. I am wondering what is the fuel pressure in the return fuel line? I am jimmy rigging a secondary fuel tank with it's own return.

There won't be a whole lot of pressure on the return line, maybe 1-3psi at most. the only reason there would be pressure on the return line would be if there was some sort of restriction in the return line. All the return line does is cary unused fuel back to the tank so there is no real pressure on it.

^^yep.

There isnt any true pressure.

It flows by itself back to the tank.

Why exactly are you putting a second return in anyways?? Wouldnt it be simpler just to let it return to the stock tank?
