Water Pump Change Out

Installed the 2000 HO model water pump in the '94 today. It a was a new Bosch Model from Rockauto. Also installed a new AC Delco 190 T-Stat while I was in there. Here's a pic of the two pumps side-by-side:

Truck is running great. Just waiting for the two new injectors to come back.

Next project will be front end: ball joints, upper and lower control arm bushings, pitman & idler arms and idler bracket, tie rods, tighten steering box.

After that it will be the gauges in a pillar pod and installing the adjustable tuner. Then it's up to Colby when he wants to do the A Team Turbo.

I guess, that is why water pump needs changing. I saw corrosion on the old one.

We changed to get the benefits of the balance 2000 HO pump. The corrosion was a surprise. The bearings in the pump itself were fine.
