Anyone have one?

My crossover pipe (6.5 TD) is rotting out at the flange and they seem to offer a decent deal. 2.5 inch pipe, mandrel bent, bolts and donuts.

Any problems with fitment on 4x4 trucks?

Quality?

Shipping?

Anyone?

Bueller, bueller.........):h

Yeah I have one. Aluminized, mandrel, single wall, necked down slightly to fit the donut flanges. Bigger smoother tube overall. Flanges appear to be mild steel uncoated and 3/8" thick. Fitment for 4WD is good, identical bends as my OEM xover... At least for the '93 one-ton RCSRW in my signature.

Ordered it...110 for the kit shipped to Canada.

I wish it had been studs instead of bolts, but oh well, whatchagonnado?

Had to buy something, mines rotted out at the drivers flange (still holding, but chuffing) and this was cheaper than anything local...

I put one of the 94 in my signature...It was a pain in the but, BUT once on runs 10 times better than it did!! hehe my stock one was GONE, i had 2 pipes sticking out from headers and one of the bends to start the cross...hehe wondered why my stacks quit working!!! but it was a good fix! smoke good and makes good boost....Studs will make it easier, just go buy some, or cut bolts to make studs....

I have one. Nice piece, but I had to hog out the holes in the flanges to have any chance of getting the bolts started. As others have said, prepare to stud it, or just open up the flange holes on at least one side before you even get under there.

Also, there is a dimple on the pass. side on the OEM unit up where it is closest to the bellhousing. I wished I had hit the Warpspeed with a hammer to create a similar dimple. While not really needed on the OEM, with the fat pipe of the Warpspeed, it should have the relief in it.

I had the muffler shop install mine. They had to cut it at the mid point, re-orient the tubes and weld back together. Not a big deal but costs me $70.00

Just installed mine...:rolleyes5:

I have new cuss words in my vernacular.

Yeah hog out the damn flanges, as it's TOO MUCH to ask for the 3 bolt flanges to MATCH. The manifold bolt circle is smaller by about 3/32". I chose to grind the upper-most ear on the right side of my 4L80-E so the pipe would line up. AND... use bolts that are flanged with a 15mm hex. (10mm x 1.5 thread) Most ying-yang bolt store metric crap has a 17mm hex on the 10mm stuff. Good luck squeezing a socket on those!

To compound my issues, I am using the 6.5 turbo/manifolds on a 6.2 with long coarse injectors that are set at a wider angle... decided to fab a spacer for the turbo side. fun fun.

Glad that's over.
