Thats a damn fine looking truck, with all the options but 4wd its worth money to be in mint condition, no paint fading, no rust spots, full length running boards, bed rail covers and bed cover, thats worth something along with the beefier suspension with higher GVWR. People pulling stuff dont usually go off road with a dually, so 4wd isnt needed, which is why there are so many C3500s to increase efficiency when pulling loads.

i would easily pay $10k or more for a 6.5 suburban or CCDRW
in a condition that satisfies my definition of good or mint
and that fits my specs.
unfortunately this one with 5 owners does not really qualify but thanks for thinking of me !!

and yeah if i wanna do 4 wheeling i do not get a 6.5 or a truck.
then i get a Mercedes G-Modell or something.
