Volvo truck blower fan

Working on a Volvo truck blower fan probem.i have power at the ground wire when the blower fan is plugged in
Tested the blower itself and it work fine
Anyone had this problem

If you have power at the ground wire, then it is not getting a good ground back to battery.
Run a jumper wire from your blower ground wire to battery for verification.
