Using Cognito Components With A Lowered Truck?

I'm thinking about Lowering my Truck. Just 3" Shackles in the Back, and let the Torsion's all the way Down in the Front.

I already got the Cognito UCA's and Sway Bar End Links (Stock to Leveled) here, NIB, because I was gonna Level out my Truck at First, but I changed my mind.

Would they still be Beneficial to use for a Lowered App. or would I be better off Selling them and just sticking with the OEM Components?
 
Killing road was telling me the cognito kit doesn't line up worth a crap without the green keys even......so my guess is... stock would be worse...I was/still am looking into getting a kit that is why he offered that bit of advice...
