Uploading photos

How do you insert photos that are part of a document? I thought that you could save them to your computer and upload them from your computer harddrive to the forum. I can't find anything but a url upload.

Click "Go advanced" Under the reply text box, click "Manage Attachments" and from there you can upload them.

I just use a photobucket account....makes it easier for me
