I'm having some issues. Once I download the 8.1 release, what do I do?
 
This is driving me crazy. EFI explorer can't connect to my flashscan.
 
I have not been brave enough to cross into that territory. but I think I may have to if I Want to get the BI DI controls to work

I finally got everything updated. Reason for me upgrading was for some of the PID's to work for the Allison "strength test" per Nicks post on EFI.
 
glad its all up and running. I might have to ask you how to do it. i'm a little unsure of the boot block update efi explorer thingamajig

It's a pain in the but. I first screwed up by updating the Firmware before the bootblock. Finally got it all sorted out. I just needed everything spelled out in 2nd grade writing..:D

When you get ready. Post up your Flashscan Firmware and Bootblock version and I'll do the best I can..:)

I'm going to try to do the trans thing in a little while..
