Truck is overheating

well do you think if i can keep the temps down that it will be fine or do they just keep getting worse???

2 issues PMD is on it's way out as was posted in the other thread that isn't going to improve over time need to replace it and remote locate it, 2nd issue is the overheating of the engine which is working against your on IP PMD that is going bad.

You said new clutch and cleaned rad (describe how you cleaned the rad) but still isn't flowing, pump is good ??? how did you determine that ?, How about new stats they control the flow as much as anything else? Do you have a single stat setup ?

What are we working on? The sig doesn't make sense with clutch and electric fans.

I'm assuming standard cab short bed ?? But 45 psi from the turbo ??? And you wonder why it's overheating ? I'm surprised the heads are still attached to the motor. 3000 rpm stall ?? ON a diesel ? That's about redline. Warwagon is right. Sumtin don't make sense here...

What are you doing thats resulting in overheat? towing? driving?

What temp does your new fan clutch engage? I modified my new oem one pulling the tab in about 1/4" and my clutch kicks on around 205 and off at 190.
