Troubleshooting Help Requested

OK I have just completed the driving pressure test and here is what I found:
When accelerate to 2500RPM = 3psi
constant 35 MPH 4 psi then needle moves to 3.5 psi then back up to 4 psi then back down almost like a watch.
@ 1500 RPM same as above 3.5 to 4psi
@ 1000 RPM = 4psi
When driving at 55 - 65 mph needle bounces a bunch, moves between 4.2ish and 3.5psi
When idle at the stoplight in gear 4 psi.
When I turned the truck off I maintained 5.2 psi for easily 3 minutes no bleed off.

Sounds like LP is working good enough and the OPS is functioning.

You said you have Heath wastegate controller mod. In 93 the wastegate was already manual, did you upgrade to a GM8 turbo or something?

You have a mechanical IP?
 
Are you sure its a 93 and not a 94? The drivers door should have a sticker in the door jamb. The build date is at the top right of that sticker, anything Oct 93 later would be 94 model.

Someone may have upgraded the turbo, and added a vac pump? Or was there a vac pump for the brakes or something in 93?
 
Leave it hooked up and watch it for the next couple days.

Especially when your symptom returns see what fuel pressure is.

If it were my truck, I would still blow air in the fuel tank with fuel cap off via LP inlet, and see if that has instant effect on fuel pressure or not.
