Good day all,

at the junkyard, we found 2 1994 Cheyenne, one with no engine and a manual trans( truck A), the other with an engine, but less the auto trans (Truck B). This last one is the one in better shape, that we would like to put back on the road.

So B has an engine, and we want to install the manual trans from A on it.

We are wondering if we can install the manual trans from A on B, swapping A ECM to B truck, or if it is more wise to pull the all cabin with harness and PCM on A and swap it to B?

Dropping in the engine in the truck with the manual trans is not an option? I would think that would be more simple
