hy guys i own a 1999 chev silvarado 3500 drw 4 door 4x4 i would like to buy a new fifth wheel dry weight 7000lbs a gross weight of 9000lbs so i would be puuling aprox 8000lbs can i do this without a bunch of mods any feedback would be appreciated thanks

That should not be a problem. not sure on your trucks power train, but even a small block will pull that load. I tow a 40' fiver toyhauler that weighs in around 17,000 lbs, and have nothing special done to my truck.

happy hauling and fill out your signature for the rest of us.
