Torque specs - where to find?

Ok, yes I know - the service manual. Well, I don't have one and I don't really want to pay $100+ for a set.

I'm looking for an online resource for torque specs - a forum post, web site, or a pdf or similar.

Right now, I'm specifically looking for the starter mounting bolts but I'd like to have a resource to consult on demand.
