Torque Specs: Upper and Lower Timing Gear

Looking for torque specs on the upper and lower timing gears?

Timing chain is in and she's definitely tighter.:rolleyes5:
 
I've been reference that and maybe it's the terminology?

It references the cam shaft gear bolt at 125 ft lbs. Is that the same as the lower of the two timing gears (bolt on left in photo below)?

It references IP bolts. Are those the three bolts which hold the upper timing gear (bolts on gear in the right of photo)?
