.....and man, she ran good. Put about 200 miles on her and she never missed a beat. Started out at 11:00am driving from Raleigh to Greensboro to meet with Slim Shady. Slim is a hell of a nice guy and if you ever get the opportunity to meet him, take the opportunity. On the way back home, traffic on I40/85 was moving at a fair clip so I decided to set the pace for a bit. It felt exhilarating to get her in the left lane and "move the traffic" out of my way.

Any way, they say a picture speaks a thousand words, so here is the obligatory pic.

It did feel good, Gerald. What was amazing is she was extremely smooth and straight. At one point I had a Mustang and a Mack dump truck keeping pace with me. I ended up running 80 for about 25 miles before traffic backed me down to about 65.

What are you running for tires? At 2500 rpm I only get 65 out of mine.

Did you get yourself a nice new turbo?

Not yet. I have a couple of projects on my plate that I have to take care of first. Slim was in the area and we wanted to meet each other. We both had lunch and talked trucks for a couple of hours.

285/75-16 (33") tall tires.:D

Thanks, Matt. It's like the old commercial says, when I turn my truck on, she returns the favor. I still get a smile on my face when driving her.:D

The best way to describe them so far!!
