I’m getting ready to get new tires on my 95’ Duelly. I would like the rear tire to stick out a little and fill the wheel well a little more. Not too much that it would rub. Would not be apposed to to spacers and what would the spacer width be. Also wouldn’t be apposed to a different size in the front. 245/75,s on there now.IMG_1185.jpeg

Spacers between the duals will help with wider tires. are you wanting to go taller? I run a 265-75 on my 95 truck. it sits about 4" taller, enough you'd want to get some steps.

Here is a good site to compare tire sizes. I use it along with an online RPM/ speed calculator to figure out how different sizes change your RPM and speedo. remember your 4l80e ratio in 3rd is 1.00 and 4th is 0.75 torque converter open and locked up also makes a difference. on average add 200 rpm for when the TCC is not in lockup.

Thanks D do you have some pictures? Do you tow anything w/the 265/75,s. My speedo is right on using Google map app. My rpm,s seem to be 400-450 off. It is reading higher than my Tech 2 scanner hooked up while driving. Does the alternator pulley also affect the rpm too? I do have 245/75 on the truck now. I do have another question. My DRL are not working. I put LED headlamp assemblies on a while ago and they seemed to not work after that. Will LED headlamps work on 95’ trucks? I’ll have to check the module ( can't find the part nowhere) and if there’s a relay. The module is the one behind the headlamp switch.

Do you run spacers in the rear?

DRL's on a 95? Mine doesn't have that option. but LED's should work fine. there will be a module under the dash under where your left foot is that controls the DRL's I don't know much about the system but have heard that those tend to burn out. I would honestly rather run without the DRL's you'll get longer life from your bulbs/LED's

I guess I’ll have to go to the junk yard to find the DRL module. I can’t find one anywhere unless someone out there has one. Thanks
I have one that was mounted on a replacement dash I installed on my truck. IDK if it works, but it's yours if you want it. Here is a pic of it to make sure this is what you need.

Yea, d I’m not going to run DRL,s. I’m not sure i have them. That module doesn’t look anything like the one i thought was a my module. It’s a plastic case w/a circuit board the size of a flip phone right behind the headlamp switch. Does all four bulbs come on when you have your hi beams on? Mine don’t, just the two inside bulbs. I though all four bulbs should light. Thanks.

I bought plug and play headlight relay upgrades so all 4 bulbs came on with the brights.
They aren't terribly hard to make.
Whoever made my last one found a connector for the headlights - no cutting or splicing. Plug and play.

I might have got them off the GMT400 forum.

@Glagulator might be able to advise on the connectors needed to make the headlights harness plug and play.

Thanks jrsavole: you read my mind. I was just getting ready to come back on and ask that question. I would really like all four bulbs to light up.

I mounted mine right by the drivers side battery
The other bonus of adding the relays is, it saves the headlight switches on vehicles that don't already have a headlight relay.

I got the headlamp buckets from a 1988 GM 1500 series pickup and installed them onto My 2000 K3500, the grill is even notched for the rectangular glass bulbs.
I then did cut insulation from the bright side wire to the dim side and wired in a relay so now all four stays on on bright.
With the rectangular 88 buckets the dims are adjustable in and by them selves.
I have them turned up quite high but not so it would blind oncoming traffic.
Then the bright beams, with the dims unplugged, are adjusted to shine out to maybe a mile, IDK I never measured it offt but they really do shine out there.
Now with both the dims and the brights on at the same time, if there is a critter within a 1/4 mile of the roadway, it is visible. 😹😹😹

I have a set of these quad glass bulb setups. I would run them if I could find LED's to swap out with the halogen bulbs. seems that Europe version of these had glass lenses that the bulb was replaceable where one could install an LED and still run good ole glass fixtures.
