show what I`ve been up to the last couple of years. Its a 2014 VW Amarok 4x4.

Its got a 2.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel motor and a 6 speed manual gearbox. It makes a little over 180 hp and 320 ft lbs of torque.

I did a suspension lift (coils 2 inches) Bilsteins all round and just installed the front bumper.

The trucks a blast to drive and gets incredible fuel mileage. Close to 30 if I keep my foot out of it.

You still have the suburbans? That vw looks mighty aerodynamic. How tall is that?

Nope no more subs. The 84 became a parts donor and the 95 I sold locally and still see it on the road.

The vw is pretty darn tall. I`ve never measured it. I have to stand on a bucket to wash the topsides like I did with the subs. It does look mighty aerodynamic when compared to the 84 (rolling brick) sub.

The only way I know is keep it plated in Mexico and drive up. That gd chicken tax ruined a lot of potentially good imports.
