Hi all, I hope I'm in the right forum for this bit.

We are thinking of selling the truck in my sig. Here's a pic http://www.thetruckstop.us/forum/album.php?albumid=431&attachmentid=20039 and there is more in my album. It runs great, and has only about 60,000 KMs on the new long block. We just need a stronger pulling truck for the RV (about 15,000 lbs+) we want to get. We want to be snowbirds! :)

Q1: What do you think I could sell it for? Anyone interested on TTS first? Remember that we live in Canada and everything seems to be more expensive up here...

Q2: I am partial to Chev/GMC. My dream truck would be a K3500 Duramax dually crew cab. I don't want and can't afford a new one. I'm thinking 2007 or older. What year Duramax seems to be the best?

Thanks in advance. TTS is a great website and the members have kept me on the right path for years now.

Think '06-'07 LBZ Art. Best of the DMaxes hands down. An LMM new body style '07 and '08 would be 2nd and an LLY '04.5-'06 (early with the 5 speed) would be 3rd. 15k is just right with a DMax and especially with DRW.

Normally this would be in 'for sale' but you're asking for opinions so it's ok here for now. Did you do a KBB or NADA price report yet?

Best of luck in your quest.

That is a very nice clean truck. I could only suggest that here in Chicago area that truck would go for around $5000 and I have spotted them priced as high as 7000.

I totally agree with the path you are considering and wish you all the best with yr transactions.

Time to move on eh Art. You have a very clean truck and it should fetch some decent money around these parts I would think. Good luck finding your Dmax. I'm happy with my LLY, but if you have the coin, go with the LBZ. Both are good trucks. The power is awesome, your gonna love owning a 6.6.

This has to be a spam or mistake
