Package delivered sat. Thanks. Those valve cover gaskets look very impressive. Would it hurt anything to use high tac to hold them to the covers??

If you don’t want to use any (I plan on trying dry when I do mine next): just take a couple 2” long bolts, cut the heads off, cut a straight slot across the top of the new made stud and test fit screwdriver head. However put in with your fingers only. Place one top left the other bottom right and slip on gasket then cover. Start other correct bolts, then use the slot you cut for screwdriver to remove studs. Then install the last two factory bolts and then torque them all.

If 2 studs don’t hang the gasket perfect, make more as needed. I’ve done this on others, last was my son’s 5.9 dodge gasser last month.

The last time I watched his video he said he was going to put some small wood dowels in the package with the valve cover gasket. That way you could use them dry.
