I have spent about three weeks looking for information regarding my 1992 / k2500 4X4 pickup and its 4L80E now in limp mode. Something electrical, I am almost sure of that. Always maintained and nothing evident in the pan!

I found this web site and would like to thank the administrators for there hard work in providing us a place to share such information and in keeping this web site going. This is the best information I have found during this time frame.
Also my thanks to the members that have contributed information, regarding among other things what possible repairs I might consider. I have had oil in my veins since the 1960s when I picked up my first wrench. Not a big challenge to weld, wire some older rigs, set up a rear from scratch or amid other things put together a motor correctly. When it comes to the Technical more recent electrical side of things I am just behind the times but not against learning what I can every day.
Thanks to Everyone
