I feel kind of stupid here but heck, I'll admit it. I never realized that a 4 door Yukon/Tahoe is actually shorter than a Suburban. In fact even the back side doors are different. I realized this at the junky when I was attempting to bone a seat belt. Now that brings to question....In our vintage..I know 2 door Yukons and Tahoes came with 6.5TD's. I owned one. But what about 4 door ??

I had a '97 4 Door LT. Man, cadillac n' a half for me! Except, the only option it didnt have was heated seats.....Brrr... The back door are actually cut for the fenderwells, i put fender flares on mine, and it was harder to do(2 piece rears), if i had a burb it would have been a lot easier.

My old neighbor had a 95 4 door tahoe with a 6in lift and a 454 droped in instead of the stock 305. They have a shorter wheel base than a ECSB truck which suprised me.
