I thought this was a great deal, I got all 3 Sunpro Sport ST Gauges from a dealer in Minn that I found on the net delivered to my door for $171.

I would post the link but wanted to ask if that is OK 1st?

I am new here & don't want my 1st post to be a bad one...

Good on ya to ask first. The "site rules" can be found in the forum operations/updates area on the main forum.

As per the site rules you aren't allowed to post links to non site supporting vendor(essentially one of the names you see here in blue) If that vendor you bought them from isn't s site vendor here, you can't post the link. However, you can mention where you got it from. Just no link. (Mods i appologize if thats not allowed either, fix if neccasary please)

:Welcome3: to the Truck Stop! Love the two tone on your truck! In fact, search for the member "Green machine" and check out his truck. you may like what you see.

Thanks for the quick reply!

The gauges came from a place on the net called the tooldiscounter. The delivery was quick & very reasonable, I submitted my order by phone.

Yea I saw a video posted from the Green Machine not long ago identical color combo, thanks for the complement Blue

After I read your post I actually just googled your title and searched from there. Seems to be a good kit and comes with everything. Gauges have a nice face to them as well. Change that back lights to red and they would go well with my dash lights.

Have you recieved them already? Hows the quallity? I'm always iffy about those "kits" you can buy that are so low in price. A decent EGT gauge alone usually runs about $120 with the thermocouple and it adds up after that for additional gauges. Do share! Maybe a picture too if you have them already!

I got the gauges but it was not a kit, I bought three individual gauges from there.

The pillar pod I bought from glow somin or another on special off the net delivered for like $26 bucs iirc. I have not installed them yet.

I had help on my gauge selection from another forum brother. Many a great diesel folks running around on the net...

I still have to paint my pillar pod & do the install, but it's colder then a well diggers arse here right now, so it prolly won't get done until spring

Now thats a funny way to describe it!):h

Oh so you bought them individually? Thats interesting they have an entire kit out exactly as how you descibed it(all three gauges) for , the lowest I've seen, $177

Glowshift is good. Thats where I got my A-pillar from. And there pretty good quallity too. You just gotta cut out the old one if you want stuff to fit.
:nanawrench:

I never had to cut anything with a autometer triple pillar pod.Personally, I don't like having the guages stuck in my face. Next one will be mounted somewhere else.

I ended up buying myself a set. I probubly spent a good half hour last night looking at the gauges seeing if I should bother. Got the Sport ST  And the entire site on its own has alot of good useful stuff. Great for us mechanics.

I'd be curious to see if I could find there email and reference them to the site to see if they would be interested in becoming a vendor. Might do them good.

I have those gauges and the same pillar pod. First the pod will go in great if it's heated up or it's warm outside. I let mine sit in the sun and then used the wifes hair dryer to heat it up. She caught me, nuff said on that one.

Second the gauges are backed by great customer service. Had an issue with the pyro and Sunpro replaced the guage no questions asked. They didn't want the old one back. Just asked for my sales papers and next thing I know, three days later there was Brown at my door.:D

I looked at the autometer pod and said to myself there was no way I was going to spend a bunch of money like that. Other than the gauge having a loose wire in it everything has held up the the Oregon roads. Yep, paved is worst than the gravel.
