I wanted to check the condition of the pump. The most worn parts are the 'shoes' and the back sides of the plungers. At what point would this kind of wear become a problem? Now? :hihi:

Pump guru's check and advise please.

Yeah the divot is a couple thousanths deep. The other shoe is much better. The end of the plunger is not so good either.

How does an average Joe get parts for these?
 
Try a diesel shop,plungers and shoes are interchangable or find a junker pump.

looks kinda identical to a roosa master pump.
I you post the dimensions, i can check and see if i got a pair that fits.
 
Some measurements for you. Closest diesel injection shop for me is around 60mi one way. Hopefully they will sell me 'parts'...
