Squealing Noise

I have a squealing noise coming from what I think is a belt pulley. I have already changed the belt tensioner and alternator. The squealing noise is more profound when I press on the accelerator and quieter during idle. The noise stops when I press on the brake. Any ideas?

Spin the engine fan by hand and check it's bearing for wobble. Vac pump locked up? Still happen when the belt is off the engine? Spin each pulley by hand. Check the crank pulley and Harmonic Damper rubber condition as well.

Check all the turbo boots for a boost leak.

Has the belt stretched (where is tensioner pulley in travel) ?

Be careful and very lightly hold a candle or mild bar of soap to back side of belt to make it grip better to help see if its belt chirp or an accessory bearing.

If it quits with brakes. Try turning steering wheel lock to lock and add brakes and different rpm's to see if it could be related to power steering pump.

Click on/off AC also just to add load to serp belt. If you turn on defrost the AC will cycle on and off and you can watch and listen under the hood.
