Anyone got any thoughts, opinions, recommendations about these things?

Looking at this for my parent's farmstead: http://www.kawasaki.com/products/product-specifications.aspx?id=691 I really like the fact that the back seat can be folded down and the bed extended. I drove one in college (6-7 yrs ago) and it really seemed to work well. I like the 2 seater because I think it'd benefit the family, extended family, and guests. (My parents have a steep hill up to the majority of the property.) Most of the time its just my parents or my uncle & aunt (the main caretakers of the farmstead). It doesn't have to be diesel, but there's got to be a benefit of that, right?

My neighbor has a similar Kubota RTV Diesel 2 seats/convertible bed. He had a 1 seat Kubota and wanted more passenger space. That would another one to consider. My neighbor usually buys the good stuff.

I think the Kubota's bed is hydraulic which I think is better than electric lifts not sure what the Mule uses. The Mule seems to be one of the originals.

Yea, I think the Mule is old school when it comes to the bed. I think most SxS's have the option of power dumps, but I didn't see one for the mule. Kind of wonder if it could be added? But a 2 seater kubota looks really elongated - almost like it'd high center easier. Really reminded me of a 2 seater golf cart (though with 4 wheel drive, it'd be more valuable) But also a new 2 seater diesel kubota is priced at $32k, and that link to the new '13 Mule is $12.9k (or some numbers close to that.)

I'm just curious if there is another SxS that offers the option of the back seat folding down and bed extending, such as the mule. I'm not too worried about ride or anything like that because it's only 58 acres. I'm looking for a workhorse. I don't like any other side by side because it's either a 1 seat and decent size bed or a 2 seater and shorter bed. And all the other 2 seaters look freakin' long.

(Also wondering if I should've put this in recreational vehicles, but it's for a farmstead...)
