Should I Really Do The Cognito Idler Pivot Assembly?

So in the next week or 2 I'll be getting the Cognito UCA's, HD Tie Rods, Pitman & Idler Support, Swaybar Endlinks, and 1500 Keys Installed. But while I am getting all of that Installed, should I have them do the Idler Pivot Assembly as well, or would it not really be beneficial in my Application?
