setting up e-mail to yahoo?

how can i change the settings on win xp,to use yahoo as my e-mail ,it only wants to use microsoft
 
Start/program access and defaults/custom. That's how mine is set up and yahoo is my e-mail. That's probably not the whole solution but it's a starting point. I did mine so long ago I don't remember and it was probably more by luck than anything...
