Well, the Toyhauler has north of 45k on it so I decieded to replace the bearings, check/replace the brakes and check the bushings and equalizers. What I found is PLASTIC bushings in the spring eyes and equalizers, and they are gone. I ordered the wet bolt kit and equaflex kit from trailair, easy swap, well made kit. Found 2 junk bearing on the dr side and 1 on the pass side, so that made it easy, new brake sets on the backers, turn the drums, new races, bearing and seals. Should pull like a new rig :D

I have the Mor Ride suspension on my 5er and when it was a little over a year old, I ordered the wet bolt kit from Mor Ride. My bushings were almost gone in that short period of time and the bolts were showing signs of wear also. I would advise anyone to upgrade their bolts and bushings.

I have never lube bearings also and everyone I've spoke to says they should be good for ~100K miles so I'll see.

Are your bearings greasable? If not how often did you repack them? Just curious.
Yes they are greasable. The routine was 3 pumps at the start of the season, 3 pumps every 2k after that. Seemed to work fine. Lucas synthetic wheel bearing grease.

All I can say is WOW. Pulls like a dream. put a quick 25 miles on today to burnish the brakes and check how the new stuff works, it made a huge improvment in ride.
