ive got muffler and straight 4" had see what see sounded like hanging off the tail pipe.

im going fab it all from prebent pipe then weld it all together comming off the turbo and am thinkn about exiting in front of the tire.

i may do just aways past the down pipe this weekend and get it 4" from just under the turbo to muffler and exit at the tire with somekinda 45 and maybe a slight down turn at the tip havent decided yet.

anyone ever heard one exiting in front of the tire, my muffler is just some kinda cheap generic i was givn. 4" baffled straight through.

im even gona save the 4" tip. thats a wicked 45 down turn bend that could come in very handy.

then when im done with this i may make intake tuve useing exhaust pipe in a 45 or 90 or combination of both attached to my BHAF

I wonder if you couldn't swing by a salvage yard, see if they've got some older, wrecked or scrapped trucks. I've seen lots of smaller (4" is small for a truck) exhaust stacks on utility rigs, like Chev/GMC C6500-C8500s. Trucks of that size should have at least one 90 degree bend you can cut up.

cool, i did just that found a 90 with slight bend on it at salvage yard for free.
truck sounds good very good and to loud seems like ill my trucks go the cheap exit in front of the tire route before getn a full tail pipe.

truck has way more thottle respnse and is pufn black smoke now for some reason. filter is resonateing more at idle and the turbo is whistleing when on the throttle with a load or no load on the motor.

got pix if i can figure out how to eject the wifes ipod from the computer

Sounds like a Cummins to me, looks pretty good to me too, never understood why the factory deemed it necessary to pus so many bends in an exhaust.. Monica will probably pee a little when you post that on ORC ;).

lol i already did, its very loud much louder than the cell hone vid makes it out to be. im starting to like it more and more
