buddy of mine needs to replace his tie rods and I sent him to Nick at NorCal for cognito HD tie rods. I've never done much in the way of front suspension stuff for the most part so it's new to me. I found the write up in the DIY area and my question is does the centerlink have to come out to get the inner tie rod out? The write up was swapping the centerlink so I'm just wondering if removing it is required for tie rod replacement.

how about shock part numbers or specs? He wants to get longer shocks while he's doing the tie rods and wants to get something local. Any rancho or monroe specs or part numbers he should look for?
