Rattling noise in Autometer boost gauge

I have noticed a rattling noise in my Autometer boost gauge. It was there for a while and it even stuck on 7lbs for one trip. Then it returned to zero. I tore it out and replaced the compression fitting and it worked fine, showed 20lbs and no rattling. This was about a month ago. On a trip Tuesday night I noticed it rattling again when I build boost and it wouldn't go past 14lbs. I took it out and tightened up the lines and tonight it read 17 but still won't read 20 again.
Any suggestions? Take it out and send it back or is it not in the gauge?

contact support at autometer, they are one of the best companies I've ever delt with for support, they gave me a whole new guage and sensor when my pyro acted up.

Thanks for the help guys. After the post I decided to pull the gauge out and tighten the line up again. I tightened it very snug this time, and knock-on-wood, it has been working well since.
