Fishbite?
My 1995 suburban has a random miss when going down the road warmed up. I have a Walbro high pressure lift pump, new optical filter, new PMD. The problem is not as bad since changing the optical filter harness. Grounds are spotless. New fuel tank and pickup assy - no tank sock. New FFM. All fuel screens clear. No codes.

You can see a gap in the smoke and an audible chug when it misses when you are WOT. It will do this light throttle on the freeway. Too quick of a jerk to be TCC on/off.

Starts and runs good otherwise.

OPS is new, but I will check that. Lift pump pressure is verified with engine at idle.

someone had a fishbite that was caused by a poor connection where the pmd harness plugs into the IP. Don't remember who now, they squeezed the connector to get a tighter fit on the pins
