Okay so the old gal has proved herself 110% reaching 1.3m km on her I have decided to take the plunge and start having fun with her.

Started out with all new lights (LEDs, HDs, and new tails) working to wards going all smoked lens.
Ordered a 6" tuff country lift, waiting on it.

Thats where the dilema starts. I know once I lift her 16" rims are gonna look well they are gonna look goofey to say the least. So need to find a set of wheels that will look good. I am partial to black rims, perhaps black with lil machining as well but chrome dont last and are a pain to maintain.
- was thinking 17" as all the new trucks are going that route and tires will be easy to find.
- 19.5" look sharp but the tires ride rough as all hell (grumman rims work great)
- 20" I know alot of guys run them
- Going super single on the rear. Looks nice but not sure about ride and weight and so on.

So any input would be great!

What truck is in question? 1,300,000km's is pretty high for a northern truck!

What is the purpose for the lift? Wheeling, alil fun here and there, mall crawler?

That is one nice looking dually!

What size tires is on that know?

On a dually you will have to get a spacer and look for sets of wheels that have an inner and an outer. 19.5s won't be such an issue but tires cost more and you will still likely need a spacer if you go with wide off road tires.

20's are expensive as heck so I would stick with 18 and smaller. 19.5s last longer generally so the cost isn't as much as a concern.

Thats what i have heard.
20's are a maybe, sorta like going to a super single... But I do know its gonna cost
19.5's are a thought. Steel rims are easy as teh chev grumman bolt on directly.
18's are still not as common
17's are the best opt for your buck as all the new trucks run them so tires are easy to find

Actually all brands are putting 18's as a common option. I see a lot of chevy and ford 2500 and 3500 trucks with 18's.
