Does anyone know waht will happen to my truck if I install a different factory 6 disc changer/reciever. Mine is a single disc but found a 6 disc cheaper, what do i have to do as far as programing. Do i haver to take it to the dealer when i get it done and if I don't what will happen to truck. I would like a player that will eject the cd and have all the lights working on since over 75% of the lights on my radio are out and no back speaker sound and evry once in a awhile I am down to one speaker and very annoying. Will it work to put a different one there.

You will need the radio to be reprogrammed it will not work - the radio is married to the truck's VIN - reprogramming will clear it.

Done it already evrything is good except right rear speaker does not work. Where can i get another factory one anyone know.

You can probably find one cheap on fleabay. I keep my stock cd player thats tuned for the lux amp in case my nav gets ripped off.

Ebay... Watch a few, don't pay more than $50 for one. They can be had for that much in good shape.

Check around to a few dealers; some will unlock it for a flat hr labor, some I've found will do it for free if you have the truck in for something else. All it takes is a few minutes on a TechII, if I remember right.
