radiators on ebay?

im in need of a new radiator since while mine was sitting in the shop out of the truck and fell over and got a hole in it (the worst part is that it had only been in the truck for like 2 weeks before the motor blew)

so i started looking on ebay and found these what do you think. they look decent to me and the price seems good. i got a price from the radiator depot store here in omaha and they said $369 for the oem replacement one with plastic tanks

It is too cheap to be worth it. Aka falling into gas engine parts price range -a bad thing. Above link is just a reference price for Visteon brand radiators that we have had good luck with on this forum.

thats what i though i was just making sure. i was kind of unsure about them they look decent enough in pictures but thats hard to tell. which one from the link have you used? the all aluminum ones look nice and iv heard they are supposed to be better

I used Visteon brand radiator, # 1364, from them in my 1993 truck. The options: LCI - Low Coolant Indicator, EOC - engine oil cooler, TOC - Trans oil cooler, and filler neck size must match your truck. Engine oil cooler refers to the one, if any, in the radiator.

Gets you the only unit at $266.00. Hmmm. My 1993 is more expensive...

You could get a radiator without tranny oil cooler, and remote mount one under the truck, to aid in cooling water.

It's in a 93 with nv4500. Doesn't need any coolers.

i wish i could find one with out and of the coolers seems to me that would do the best job of keeping the water cool
