Seems there are some very little slight differences in these 6.5's.....Latest problem is radiator from a 94 looks the same, smells the same, tastes the same, even sounds the same......Guess what?....it's not!

Tranny lines that go into the rad are too small/big and don't know if I'll be OK if I use an adapter to make them fit.....the threaded nuts are a different size......Does anyone know if this will affect cooling temp?........And why all the changes between 94-96?.........WTF!

The new replacement radiators come with the large fittings and you simply use an adapter.

If your rig has the large fittings and the Radiator is the small kind you can go that way too.

The later rigs had larger cooler lines and most replacement rads have the large fittings so they can work for both

Auto parts store or hydraulic shop, maybe radiator shop

Another question.....Real Shoe maker job going on right now, but....Should there be any concern about using a rubber hose to complete the tranny line going in/out of the tranny cooler?.......Any great pressure (PSI) going on there?

Seems the deeper I go the more "Damage" is being revealed.

Nope... that's how you install auxilliary coolers in your tranny circuit... with rubber hose and spiral (worm) clamps.

Should be fine, Louis!
