I am finishing up installing my rebuilt injection pump and after a month and a half I am doubting my memory. The pump to injectors are straight forward its everything else I´m doubting.I know I should have taken a picture when the intake manifold was first off.I just want to be sure and get it right the first time. I have searched and searched but can´t find any photos or diagrams. I really need some help. Thanks from a very computer challenged person.

Take a look in my albums. There should be shots on the 95 k2500ld white ,94 k2500 hd light blue and a couple in the 94 k3500 silver-marroon.

Did you mean the inj lines ? Don't mix those up. They should fit damn near perfect. If you have to bend it, it's on wrong or the wrong one. Don't bend inj lines. It ruins the coating on the inside of them.

Got it all back together the day before yesterday and took her out for a test spin. Fantastic results. Now I have a stable throttle, smooth acceleration,a functioning Cruise Control, and the best part no more fnn codes 35 and 36. YEEHAW!! Now I need to take a road trip and check the mileage. Thanks again for all the help. g
