Question for Autoinguinity users

I just got this scanner 14 days ago.
the actuation drop down window is blank,notting,zilch.
I cant command timeset or anything.No injector balance or individual shutoff.
Onboard test drop down window is blank too.
Vehicle window is filled out properly.
All i can do is monitor most sensors and check timeset

Any suggestions what the hangup could be?:dunno:.

I don't have Autoengenuity but on my CarCode I had problems getting the enhanced features. What worked for me was to unplug all the cable connectors and re do the connections. Just a thought.

I called them,they are checking things out.They also said GM's Vin# are a crapshoot and one cannot rely on them for correct veh identification.
you go figure?
