Pulled codes but no check engine light??

I just got this truck and the check engine light isn't on but I decided I'd go ahead and scan it just to see if there were any stored codes and sure enough I came up with four.

The truck does have a homemade turbo master on it, could that be causing this code? If so, is there anything I can do about it?

sounds like your TM is adjusted too high

I'm guessing the only way to find out for sure is to install a boost gauge?

yes on the boost guage. is your check engine light coming on with the key in the run position and the engine not running?

Look on the side of your transmission for two separate two wire connectors. Check that the insulation condition as it falls off by the transmission connector and shorts out. These are the RPM/speed sensors that one of your codes may be about.
