I've been running the Hypertech 90 h.p. tune for a while now. I also switch up to the Predator pretty regularly. I'm bored now and want to try something else. Mainly, because I cant leave anything alone.

Does anyone have anything they'd like to trade for a little while? Superchips, PPE, or anything like that?

I'd like to get my hands on a PPE for a few weeks if anyone has anything, please let me know.

Damn....Alright then.

Do you want my Hyperpac live Data? or reimburse you for shipping?

No, I moved. The Hypertech is supposedly good for 01-08 but I'm not sure if this Hyperpac live data vin locks or not. I'll call you tonight.

I want to see pics of the carnage after you run that PPE on Kill. :yikes:

Not sure if it would run the 350 to it's full potential (425 is the BIG tune); My truck dynoed 446/820 on the 330, and it was about 6,000# low rail pressure by the end of each pull . But even that would roast a stock trans & converter. The 330 did my trans in back in January, but that's another story.

I ran the 425 on mine, but the boost scared me off of keeping it there. I have a lift pump and race valve, so fuel is not a problem, but it will peg my 35 psi boost gauge at WOT. I wish that I would have got the 60 psi boost gauge so I could at least see how much it is hitting.

C'mon, Nick, let's see that you can run. :D

This kid wont be running anything in kill anytime soon. I would like to but I'm just not that hard on this truck. I'm just itching for a little bit more. I'd like to try the 160 tune.

These numbers are at the fly wheel or the wheels? I know some companies rate their stuff differently.

Yeah, I have KD twins and the race "plug" as well, but couldn't hold rail pressure for beans, even with the 90. I put in a modded reg and modded the gear pump about a month ago, and now it's holding rail pressure nice; Once I swap transmissions and get my ML converter back in, I'll see what it does on the 425. I'll let you know what I see for boost (I have a 60PSI gauge) ):h.

PPE's numbers are at the crank, so I'd think the 160 is probably more or less like a Predator 120, give or take.

I would run the Predator 120 but the timing ruins it for me. Its got way too much rattle for my liking and it drives me nuts. I've been running the Hypertech 90 for a while now. My mileage suffers with it as compared to the predator but its a completely different feel and I like it.

I know PPE has always been considered the best tune out of the box, hands down for the last couple years but their price tag always steered me away, especially since EFI is around $750.

I think you should just Load the 350hp Tune in with the PPE if you Trade it up for a lil bit.

When I had my PPE in, the Truck Drove & Acted like Stock until you went more than 1/2 Throttle. Anything past 3/4 Throttle and it was really fun. :)

OT, but James, you ever go up to the North Fork? I'll be in Southold for a week or so in July.

I don't really venture up there, but Southold is only about a 20-30 Minute Drive for me.

I live down on the South Fork.

You coming out for the 4th?

Nick I thought you ran EFI? I have some very good LBZ tunes I would let you try out. Anything from a 40 Horse tow tune, all the way up to my big Horse tune.

I dont....Yet anyways. I dont have the extra $700 laying around and havent for some time. I have debt now that I didnt have before I moved here a year ago so I'll be playing catch up for a while.

I've wanted it for a long time so it will happen, just not anytime soon.

If you Sell both the Tuners you got now, you'll be pretty damn close to having enough Money, if not over.
