Pro-Turbo?

Look what I found browsing my local kijiji.
Guy is a bit of a joke, also wants $1000 for a used injection pump... Anyone seen this turbo before??? Looks to me like a GM-series with a different housing. Thought i'd share:

No that wasn't the original proto type. It was a tdo7, And I know where both proto types are residing . They should / hopefully will never get out.
