prime digital gauges??? questions

I just bought 5 brand new prime digital gauges off a friend that need some money. paid 75 bucks for them. i cant find any information on them. I dont need them and what to sell them but i dont know what they run? please help

speedo- no mileage but has tach on it
oil pressure
fuel
battery amp
water temp
